Harlan, Pierce & Slocum Law Firm was in need of an updated website. The 25 year old firm is on the leading-edge of the bankruptcy field, but their website wasn’t easy to update and didn’t graphically or contextually convey their level of expertise as bankruptcy attorneys.

We worked closely with the team at Harlan, Pierce & Slocum to develop a custom WordPress website that visually represents the current branding of the firm, as well as fit the needs of prospective clients in need of research materials that assist while weighing the risks of foreclosure, those who are ready to initiate filing a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy, or simply seeking legal advice of a board certified consumer bankruptcy specialist.

Custom built WordPress website…translation we designed and programmed the entire website from beginning to end, giving the firm it’s own custom WordPress Theme. Starting with an approved project scope outlining the pages, and page functionality of the new website, we presented 2-3 homepage designs that showcased the professionalism & expertise of the firm. The firm chose a design direction that visually fit their expectations, as well as one that offered SEO (search engine optimization) opportunities, and conversion of client prospects.

Offering Resources & Opportunities for Search Engine Optimization

Throughout the site we’ve offered several portals for prospective clients to dig deeper into the site for educational information on bankruptcy and foreclosure, all leading to a fully searchable resource area for clients and prospects to gain the information they need when consulting with a debt relief agency. Each post or video is search engine optimized to better position the law firm in search engines like Google, Yahoo & Bing.

Capturing the lead.

Many of your client prospects are reading and researching online during after hours and on weekends. We wanted to create an easy process of capturing those client prospects, and converting their interest into a conversion – a free consultation appointment with the law firm. Utilizing a booking plugin for WordPress, our team enhanced the basic functionality of the plugin, adding the option for prospects to choose up to 3 available appointment dates & times, and upon appointment request completion, directing the client to a downloads page for start-up documents needed for their first meeting with legal counsel. The free consultation appointment request has been successful in capturing new prospects, as well as streamlining the time and resources needed for reception to field appointment requests.
